Return within 14 days of delivery for full refund of item price or an exchange. We charge for the return postage for exchanged goods and we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
- Any item is not in its original condition and packaging.
- Footwear and Garments that have been worn.
- Tights must be in unopened package.
- If item is returned after 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued 1 to 3 days once we have received the item.We recommend you use a recorded postage when returning goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
